If you chose METRIC:
Height Box: Type your height in cm
(Example: 170 for 5’7″)
Weight Box: Type your weight in kg
(Example: 70)
OR use the sliders below boxes
If you chose IMPERIAL:
Feet Box: Type feet number (Example: 5)
Inches Box: Type inches number (Example: 7)
Weight Box: Type weight in lbs (Example: 154)
